About Us
You know that feeling when a hotel room finally stops feeling like someone else's space? That's what we've been chasing since day one. Grand Hotel isn't your typical extended stay place. We get it — whether you're relocating, between homes, or just need stability for a few months, living out of a suitcase gets old fast. So we built something different. Real kitchens. Actual living rooms. The kind of spaces where you can breathe. Our guests aren't tourists checking boxes. They're people building temporary lives here in Sevilla, and we're committed to making that transition feel less transient and more, well, like home.
Over time, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, quality, and clear communication. We treat each project as a partnership and aim for outcomes that last.
Our Approach
Our approach combines proven methods with modern tools. We start with discovery, align on goals, plan clearly, and execute with quality checks at every step.
Our Core Values
The principles that guide everything we do
Comfort Without Pretense
We don't do fancy-for-fancy's sake. Every detail exists because it makes your daily life easier, not because it looks good in a brochure.
Genuine Hospitality
Our staff actually remembers your preferences. They ask how you're settling in because they mean it. Not scripted. Just real.
Flexibility Rules
Life's messy. Your stay shouldn't be locked into rigid policies. We work with you, not against you.
Quality Over Growth
We could've expanded faster. Instead, we kept our properties manageable so we can actually know our guests and maintain standards.
Our Mission & Our Vision
Our Mission
We're here to transform extended stays from something you endure into something you actually enjoy. Real comfort, genuine service, no corporate theater. Every guest gets a space that feels lived-in from day one, backed by a team that actually cares whether you're comfortable. That's it.
Our Vision
Imagine a place where staying for months feels better than staying for nights. Where business travelers, relocating families, and anyone in transition can stop compromising on quality. We're building that future — one thoughtfully designed residence at a time across Sevilla.
Our Story
Grand Hotel started with a simple frustration. The owner, after spending 6 months in terrible extended stay accommodations, decided something had to change. Back in 2011, he renovated an old building on Avenida de América and created what he actually wanted to live in. Word spread. People started requesting longer stays. What began as 8 units has grown into something we're genuinely proud of — but we've kept that same philosophy. Don't build for volume. Build for people.
