Pricing FAQ
Can I adjust my plan mid-stay if my situation changes?
Absolutely. Life happens. We'll work with you to modify your booking—extend your stay, downgrade to a smaller suite, whatever you need. Just give us 14 days' notice and we'll make it happen without penalty.
What if I need to leave early?
Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival forfeit that period's payment. But cancel 15+ days before? You're off the hook. We'd rather you leave happy than stuck with a reservation that doesn't work anymore.
Are utilities and taxes included in these prices?
Yep, everything's baked in. Electric, water, WiFi, basic cable—it's all there. The only things extra are personal services (spa treatments, restaurant meals, laundry beyond what's included) and parking if you're adding a second vehicle.
Do you offer discounts for groups or corporate stays?
